We booked El Asador to cater our wedding Sep 2025 and of all our wonderful vendors, it is them that I would recommend most highly. From our very initial interactions with them, Cinthia and the EA team worked to understand our vision and craft a menu and plan that reflected the exact type of event we were aiming for. The effort, planning and communication pre-event was fantastic; the day-before set-up was like a military operation(!) and the day itself was everything we could have wanted and more. Every single item El Asador produced was of the highest quality and we had so many guests say it was the best wedding catering they had experienced. Our whole wedding day was planned around the cocktail hour: we wanted a very relaxed, outdoor setting, with free-flowing drinks and grazing tables for guests to help themselves, so we had plenty of time to catch up and mingle ahead of dinner. Cinthia totally understood what we were aiming for and made sure everything was presented so beautifully and thoughtfully. Overall, we couldn't recommend EA enough – brilliant!!

We recently used Catering El Asador for our destination wedding. It can be daunting booking a supplier in a different country however, Cinthia made the whole process so easy and we couldn't have wished for better. From start to finish the organisation and set up was outstanding and the food was OUTSTANDING! All of our guests commented on the quality, variety and tastiness of the food and we had lots of people saying it was the best they have had. We cannot thank you enough for delivering amazing food and service on our special day.

Dearest Cynthia and Enrique and the whole El Asador catering team, . We have no words and THANK YOU isn’t even enough. You made our wedding so perfect. It made us so emotional Firstly, thank you Cynthia for the perfect perfect organisation. You thought of everything - the signs, the menus and the children’s corner (!!) we didn’t expect it. It was perfect 😍 Your team and the staff were super friendly, they made all the guests feel so important and comfortable The furniture was exactly what we wanted. It was a dream!!! I don’t know how you did it. You guys are so so talented And the FOOD! All of our guests were saying it is the best wedding food they have ever ever had. The meat used was cooked perfectly and fell off the bone and people wanted more. The groom’s only request for the wedding is lots of drinks and bbq style food- and El Asador was the perfect caterer. You deserve all the success in the world, and wishing your whole team many many more events!!! Hopefully we can get you again for any future events! It was a dream! ❤️

What a fabulous team! Totally 5 stars in every way. Not only was the food fantastic but they did everything 100% professionally, with big smiles, fantastic attitude and with really lovely touches that made the wedding we attended just perfect. The best caterers ever! They are exactly the kind of people you want to hire for your event as they are not only providing outstanding food, but also so much care and attention to detail. They made our wedding better than I even thought it would be possible. I felt completley supported from the minute I made contact with them, there are only solutions with them. Eventhough their speciality is meat, and they did an outstanding job with the bbq, they also nailed it for our vegetarian guests as well as children. They made everything look so tasteful with creative ideas and wonderful equipement and accessories. They adapt to your style and understood immediately what we were after. Above all of that they are wonderful people, hard workers with a big heart. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I wish I could give this exceptional team of people 6 stars. Their attention to detail is PERFECT. Everything about them is above and beyond expectations. Their dishes are works of art as well as being delicious. I do not eat meat and was presented with a delicious menu which made me feel cared for and included as much as the meat eaters. I was a bridesmaid and saw behind the scenes the day before and after the wedding. We communicated in English and they are such lovely people. They brought gorgeously stylish booths and everything as agreed. They are completely self-contained, extremely diligent, hygienic and thoughtful. They left the venue cleaner than it was before. The y brought funky style, outstanding food and an upbeat atmosphere. The positive impact they had at the wedding went far beyond food. PERFECTO!
