One of the most memorable parts of the yoga retreat for me was the food, and that’s all thanks to our incredible chef Alma. Every meal felt like it was made with such care and genuine love. What really amazed me was Alma’s inventiveness. With such a wide array of fresh fruits and vegetables, she managed to create dishes that were not only delicious but also surprising and creative. Each meal brought something new— delicious flavour combinations, and beautiful colours and textures on the plate. I came away with a deeper appreciation of plant-based cooking and I was especially grateful for the way the Alma adapted recipes to suit so many different diets without ever compromising on taste. Thank you so much Alma, your food really played a part in bringing everyone together and was a central part of the whole retreat experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Alma for a week at my Wellness & Adventure Retreat at Tramuntana Flow in Mallorca. She exceeded all expectations. Not only was her food amazing and healthy, but she is probably one of the kindest and warmest human beings I have ever met. She makes all her food with love, and it shows. Every single one of my guests LOVED her food! And that is really remarkable when you're trying to please a group of 10 women from all over the world. She did it with ease and joy.
