Chef Juan Carlos went above and beyond for my family and our group in Mallorca. He was timely with breakfasts, brought creativity to lunches, and executed incredible dinners. All while table setting, plating, and cleaning up after every meal. We were very appreciative of Chef’s hospitality and would highly recommend him again for any group traveling to the island. We enjoyed his company and he certainly elevated our trip. My son’s birthday was during our trip and he made a conscious effort to make it very special, even had a Spider-Man cake made for my son by a local patisserie. And then later in the trip made some amazing fresh sushi to bring with us for lunch on one of our boat days. 10/10 recommend!

BOOK THIS GUY! Juan Carlos cooked for us last night in our house in Mallorca. The dinner was simply delicious, beautiful presented and accompanied by fine wines. Juan Carlos is a friendly and calm chef who knows a lot about food. While our children were sleeping upstairs, Juan Carlos served fine dining-restaurant worthy food from our own kitchen. I would absolutely recommend everyone to treat yourself on an evening of fine food and drinks from Delle Vedove!!

We hired Chef Juan Carlos to come and cook for us in our villa one evening and the whole experience was fantastic. His office loaded with us beforehand to arrange the menu, cater for any dietary requirements (one member of our party was dairy free) and sort out all the logistics. It was all very easy. Then the evening itself was brilliant Juan. Carlos was really friendly and most importantly the food was superb. The whole experience was as good as eating in a top quality restaurant with the added convenience of being in our own home Would highly recommend.

He truly has an eye for details and took care to cater to the needs of those with dietary needs (vegetarian, food intolerances). Booked Juan recommended by a friend to do a in the Villa BBQ for 9 people… We booked a waitress as well and if worked really well. We were all able to relax whilst dinner was prepared and Bridget set up the table and arranged drinks superbly - you wouldnt have known she was there. Food was excellent, the starters alone would have kept us all going. Tomahawk steak, prawns… A restaurant quality experience in your home… Definately tempted us to try a villa chef for tje whole week. We found Chef Juan Carlos, and from the moment we spoke I knew his menu and vision for creating a lasting memory were exactly what I was looking for! When the evening finally arrived, Chef prepared the most incredible meal for our family. It was a highlight of our holiday, and an evening and experience we all will never forget. I cannot recommend Chef Juan Carlos enough. The food was incredible from the starters, to the seafood paella (by far the best we had during our three weeks in Spain!), to the dessert and perfect wine pairing. Chef was extremely professional and accommodating, and the value of what he prepared for us was absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a private chef in Mallorca, look no further! We will certainly be reaching out again should we be lucky enough to spend more time in the Balearics.
