GAU was the best decision we made for our wedding :) From the moment we did the tasting (1 year prior to our wedding), all the way up until the wedding day, they exceeded our expectations. GAU! Simply put, Flawless! Had multiple guests at our wedding who work in hospitality/own their own catering company comment about how unbelievable the attention to detail and level of service was. GAU had a high level of professionalism and handled food allergies with the utmost amount of care. The setting was breathtaking and the FOOD. The food may have been the highlight of our whole wedding. People wouldn’t stop talking about their Duck entree, the McGau Slider, and the jamón station. GAU knocked it out of the park.

We booked Gau Catering over a year in advance for our destination wedding at Masia Cabellut this past June and worked very closely with the dearest Noemí. We were incredibly impressed with Gau and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding! We had a vegetarian menu with mostly vegan options (as I’m vegan), and the food was incredible—just as we expected from the tasting. Our guests were blown away by both the quality and the quantity of the dishes, even winning over those who were initially skeptical about a vegetarian menu! Weeks after the wedding, we’re still receiving compliments, especially about the welcome strawberry mojito cocktail and all the delicious food. Choosing Gau as our caterer was one of the best decisions we made. A huge thank you also to Noemí, who was so helpful both in the lead-up and on the day! We haven’t got all our photos back yet but here’s a sneak preview of the welcome cocktail, the coca buffet station, a nut free meal option and the excellent vegan desserts!

We were absolutely blown away by them, they made our wedding just even more perfect. La comida es espectacular y Dirk y sobretodo Laura, así como todo el equipo que trabaja detrás son muy cercanos y están disponibles y se muestran abiertos a propuestas.
