no words can do the manchego team justice. our wedding was an absolute dream from start to finish and we cannot thank Jen, John and all the wonderful staff that made the day go so smoothly enough! The canapés and all meals were delicious, some of the best food we have ever tasted, and all of our guests agreed. At no point were there any empty glasses, the staff were so attentive making sure everyone was well catered for and were just wonderful people to be around. all the set up, tables, bar area etc were impeccable and everything just flowed so well. Jen was reassuring and great at communication from tasting the food 6 months prior to our wedding to keeping us in the loop on the run up- she put me at ease and ensured we had the best day of our lives. Jen and the team could not have been more attentive and fantastic during my 50th celebration in Mallorca. In the run up to the trip, Jen made everything easy to arrange and she checked in regularly making sure I was happy with all the choices etc. during the two nights she and her team were with us, the food was exceptional, drinks were flowing, attention to detail and people was second to none and very importantly, the team were part of the party, not just bystanders! I would recommend to anyone both for big celebrations and more intimate gatherings… just the best!

I can’t recommend Jen and the team at Mallorca enough. Jen went above and beyond both leading up to and on the day of the wedding to ensure everything was absolutely perfect. My wife and I got married last weekend in Mallorca, the whole day was perfect and we owe a HUGE part of that to Jen and the Manchego team. The food was absolutely excellent, from the canapes, to the dinner, we had numerous guests tell us it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. The drinks were top tier, with our cocktails being absolute hits throughout the night, keeping everyone's spirits high throughout the party. The espresso martinis got the party started after dinner, and even the infused water and lemonade served at the welcome drinks hit the spot perfectly. We went a little unorthodox and wanted instead of a cake to serve the local speciality Ensaimadas, Jen and Jon jumped at the opportunity and found a local baker who offered a range of fillings for us to choose from, they were real showstoppers and miraculously there were no leftovers! We chose Manchego for our wedding last week and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Although we had a wedding planner, throughout the process, Jen was always at hand if we had any questions. We visited approx 6 months before the wedding for the menu tasting and this was an amazing experience, the food was incredible and they were both fantastic, it felt like a truly personal experience. On the day, all of our guests were blown away by everything, they said they’ve never tasted paella like it before, so a huge thank you to Jon, he is very talented and can tell how much love and care he puts in to all of the food. We got married in September and choosing Manchego to cater was genuinely one of the best decisions we made. My husband and I are both vegetarians, and although we originally planned a mixed menu, Jen gently reminded us that it was our day and that we didn’t need to compromise on our values. We went for a fully vegetarian menu and it was perfect. A few guests were definitely sceptical when they heard there wouldn’t be any meat, but five months on we’re still getting compliments about the food. Everything was absolutely incredible - full of flavour, beautifully presented and definitely crowd pleasing. The staff on the day were lovely, friendly and so on-it. Drinks never stopped flowing, and in the evening there was always a line of cocktails ready at the bar for people to just grab without having to queue. Throughout the planning process, Jen was brilliant. She was really communicative, helpful and reassuring. If you’re thinking of booking Manchego, do it! We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend Jen & John enough! We hired them for our wedding in Sept 2025 and they were absolutely incredible. They came highly recommend and even then managed to exceed expectations. From start to finish, Jen was an absolute joy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and her recommendations were spot on. We had the loveliest tasting experience with our parents and it made us so excited for the wedding knowing we were in a super safe hands. Manchego provides top tier service. Jen and Jon organize things to make the customers life easier, and their team is made of absolute professionals who pride themselves in attention to detail. We had a garden party for 80 people the day before my wedding. Manchego came to the hotel early with a large team, set up quickly, and included me in the key decisions such as where to set up the bar and the tables. The food itself was stellar - we did the paella service and got sensational reviews from guests. The dessert was my favorite as there were options for everyone. Cups were never empty, garbage was never left on a table, and no guest left hungry. Most impressively - the Manchego team repeatedly moved tables and umbrellas throughout the day to ensure that guests were properly shaded. That shows how much they care about the experience. I cannot recommend this team enough and I implore that you consider using them for your event. Thank you Jen and Jon for making my wedding welcome party an absolute hit.

Manchego were the caterers for our wedding at Son Burguet. I am a massive foodie and so the caterers for our wedding was by far the biggest and most important decision for me to make for our whole wedding. Jen and Jon, the two owners of this fabulous catering service, are incredible. We are completely indebted to them for making the best day of our lives exactly that! Jon was the head chef and the food was astonishing. Portions sizes were generous. We did a tasting day beforehand and the decision as to what should be included on the day was challenging! The meat options were incredible, but in the end we settled on the pork. This was IMO the best thing we ate and many guests agree with me! Alongside this we had an incredible fish dish. Jen and John and their fabulous band of staff catered for our daughter's wedding at Finca Son Vila on 12th July, which they know well. As the catering is a huge part of any wedding every single guest was blown away by the professionalism, yet friendliness of Jen and her staff and the high standard of culinary delights that our daughter and her fiance chose for their guests. I know that Jen made the whole experience, arranged from England, so easy and we honestly could not have been in better hands. Simply put - Jen, Jon and their team are incredible. Working alongside Jen and Jon to plan the food, drinks, furniture, table setting and schedule was so enjoyable. I could not recommend Manchego enough for your wedding!! After seeing photos on Instagram of weddings that Manchego had catered, I knew I had to have them do mine too. Before we even had a venue secured, I had reached out to Jen to check her availabilty. I travelled out to Mallorca in March 2024 with my mum and sisters for our food tasting and both Jen & Jon could not have been more accommodating. Jen and Jon made our wedding a complete success and we can’t recommend them enough! We’re still not quite sure how they did it, but along with their small team, they managed to produce the best food and booze we’ve ever had at a wedding, all from a kitchen that was new to them at our remote venue in the Tramuntana mountains. Throughout the planning process they gave us great advice about how to make our budget go as far as possible while reducing the number of suppliers (and amount of stress) we’d need to deal with. We would highly recommend going for one of their full package options. They helped put together a fantastic menu, giving advice on food and drink and helping us feel reassured about our choices when we were unable to find the time to book a tasting. Communication was quick and clear, and they were completely fair and transparent about pricing. From the moment they arrived on the day to the moment they left, they ensured that everything ran smoothly and completely prioritised us and our guests’ experiences. We hired Mancego to do a BBQ at the villa we rented, and it was amazing! They showed up 2.5 hours early to get everything set up and ready to roll. The food was delicious, and they had it all ready right on time. Andy and Carlota were super cool! Definitely would recommend them!

Manchego catered my 60th Birthday party at my home & I went for the BBQ Pool Party. From the initial menu choice through to when they cleared up after the party they made the whole experience really easy & enjoyable. The food was amazing, plentiful, great quality & flavourful all washed down with great cocktails & wine served from the bar they set up on arrival. All my guests commented on the wonderful catering & friendly service. I couldn't recommend Manchego highly enough if you want to make a special day outstanding.

Jen & Jon... wow thank you to you and your amazing team!! The talk of the town at the pool party the day after our wedding was how amazing the food was ( I heard the word burrata like 10000 times and we were all dreaming back to the canapes) and how great the service was!
