I cannot say enough amazing things about Núria and the whole team at Can Sibarita. My husband and I live in Seattle, WA USA and knew planning a wedding in Spain would come with challenges. But, from the first video call with Núria, we felt at ease. She answered so many of our questions and helped us create a menu for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. A 9 hour time zone difference can definitely make communication tricky, but Núria was always so quick to respond and kept us updated every step of the way. As for the food, absolutely everything was spectacular. Our guests raved- not only was it delicious but also beautifully presented. The servers were all so wonderful and ensured each guest was well taken care of. Many guests told us this was the best wedding food they’d ever had. (And we totally agreed!) Núria also organized the rental materials and delivery and made sure everything was set up perfectly the day of the wedding. She went above and beyond and made our day so stress free. They catered our wedding, and were absolutely fantastic - cannot recommend highly enough. The food was wonderful, the drinks had a great selection and were well catered. Nuria and the team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We were so happy with the end result on the day, all the food was incredible from the appetisers to the main wedding meal, cheeses and of course the cake! We had a huge number of compliments from our guests that the food was fantastic! Special thanks to Nuria who provided such a personal service and was very helpful and patient with us. (particularly as we are not local Catalonia). We were able to personalise every part of the menu and she was super helpful in guiding us to what was needed. I can't express enough how amazing Núria and her team are. We got married in June and asked Can Sibarita to cater our whole event. From the start we asked for a laid back vibe and Núria delivered. No changes were too difficult to sort, even when a few of our guests couldn't travel at short notice. The whole team made the day go smoothly, we asked for extra waiters to help with our open bar, they helped topping up ice buckets and water jugs, nothing was too much for them to do. All the food was gorgeous, the show cooked paella was perfect and the hot sandwiches from their food van were amazing, even the food van looked fabulous at the venue. We had a lot of food intolerant guests meaning the team had to cater for vegetarian and a number of allergies, including nuts and gluten. There were options throughout the day for all the guests, even gluten free bread available throughout which was labelled. I really can not recommend Can Sabarita enough, whatever you need for a special day, they will deliver! I only wish I had another event in the Costa Brava so I can see the team again! They were so much fun on the day, from giving me a thumbs up before I walked down the aisle (very nervously…
