Wir hatten einen fantastischen Abend im The Duke in Palma. Das Essen war wirklich auf absolutem Top-Niveau – kreativ, unglaublich lecker und mit sehr hochwertigen Zutaten zubereitet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Ronnie, den Koch und gleichzeitig Chef des Hauses. Seine Küche ist außergewöhnlich und man spürt in jedem Gericht die Erfahrung und Liebe zum Detail. Auch der Service und die Atmosphäre waren hervorragend – entspannt, herzlich und sehr professionell. Ich kann wirklich jedem nur empfehlen, hier essen zu gehen. Für uns definitiv eines der besten Restaurants in Palma. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We used The Duke Catering for a birthday party for 50 people in our apartment in the old part of Palma. The Duke staff was incredible and the evening exceeded our wildest expectations. The space was difficult and tight, but they mastered it beautifully. We started with drinks in the courtyard, for which they prepared an elegant, gorgeous setup. Then came a sit-down dinner with two long tables of 25 people each. The flowers, candles, napkins, plates and cutlery were so lovely, and the food was excellent and served hot and fresh, which is not easy for such a big group. All the guests were incredibly pleased. What was notable was how extremely professional the crew was, but at the same time fun and easy-going. They worked so hard while setting up (and of course all night), but always found time to help me with my to-do list, though not al all part of their obligation. They left the apartment spotless and came back punctually the next morning to pick up the last tables and glasses, which we had still used during the dancing part of the evening after their departure. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their food and service!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Duke’s Catering in Mallorca, and Chef Ronny was truly extraordinary. He cooked for our group of 16 over the course of a week, and every single meal was a highlight of our trip. Ronny went above and beyond to accommodate every dietary need in our group—gluten free, pescatarian, nut and shellfish allergies—without ever compromising on flavor or creativity. Each day he highlighted the best of Mallorca’s local specialties while also treating us to incredible dishes from other cuisines, from Greek to Italian to Mexican and beyond. His food was as diverse as it was delicious. What impressed us most was his thoughtfulness and personal touches. He created unique drinks like a refreshing mint ginger tea, came up with multiple preparations of the island’s incredible figs, and found inventive ways to feature fresh local cheeses.
