Francesco has worked for us for four years in a row for our family when we holiday in Mallorca every year. He is an accomplished chef with an amazing variety of options and knowledge, with the ability to cater to large groups with all sorts of dietaries and kids needs! We are more and more impressed each year with the healthy, nutritious and beautiful meals. He comes up with meals ranging from local Spanish, to Italian, to Thai and Chinese and just about anything you need (or didnt even know you needed!). He is also a lovely person and feels like part of our family when we are with him. We love Francesco and he is the best private chef we use of the many we work with!

We had the pleasure of Francesco and his teams’ cooking twice during our stay in Port d’Andratx and it was fantastic. We were 10 people whereof four were kids. They were very attentive to make sure the kids got some food right away so we could sit and enjoy our food. One night we had authentic Italian and the other day we had Spanish tapas style with a good mix of fish and meat. It was delicious!

Our family (6 adults, 2 teens & a 9-month-old grandbaby) came together for our first visit to Mallorca to celebrate some big milestones in 2023 and to celebrate ALL being together. My first and highest priority was to find a chef that would provide a memorable local/international gastro experience for our family that has some real FOODIES among us, but also has some food challenges – peanut allergy, one non-seafood eater, a non-beef eater and some other limitations. After interviewing 3 chefs, Francesco was the clear choice – his passion for food and cooking, his responsiveness to all my queries, his personalized and thoughtful menus, his flexibility and the variety of dishes in his repertoire. Francesco exceeded all expectations! He provided a unique dining experience for each of the 4 evenings we dined al fresco at home. The flavors, variety of dishes, presentation and service were all outstanding and set a very high bar. While he traveled over an hour each way, he and his assistant Lolly were always on time. What a magnificent chef and a spectacular evening! Francesco prepared and served an Italian-themed meal for our family and friends while we were staying in a villa in Mallorca. Francesco was fun to have around and passionate about the food he prepared for us. We had leftovers for the following day, which everyone ate FOR BREAKFAST! Francesco is a wonderful man! He looked after my family during our last Mallorca trip and meal times became the highlight of our holiday! We tried food we wouldn't normally order in a restaurant (I still dream about his sous vide ribs). He would vary things depending on the quality of ingredients he could source from the market on a given day. And his service didn't intrude on our family intimacy at all - he read the situation perfectly and injected his personality into our evenings just the right amount. I can't recommend enough. We will 100% use him again if he will have us! 🖤🖤🖤

We could not rate our experience with Francesco higher. He really is a gem! His cooking is first class with wonderful presentation. Francesco is totally charming to have in our home too. We dream of his extraordinary brunches and fabulous lunches. Nothing is too much trouble. He travels all over the island to find the perfect ingredients too.
