We had the pleasure of having Chef Max cook for our son’s wedding celebration for three nights, and every single meal was absolutely outstanding. Each evening featured a different menu, and every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and presented with great attention to detail. There were 10 of us, and not a single person had anything negative to say about any of the meals. Everyone was impressed by the quality, creativity, and consistency throughout the entire experience. Chef Max Campbell was professional, organized, and a joy to work with. We are incredibly grateful for the unforgettable dining experience he created for our family. Delicious food and excellent skills - table set nicely and each meal perfectly complementing each other. We had a delicious burrata starter dish which melted in my mouth and made me very happy. We also had a pork belly dish which was to die for and a delicious lemon tart to end. He is amazing! (P.S. sorry for throwing wine on you I was too excited for the next course 😂)

We hired Max to cook dinner at our AirBnB while on vacation. After opening the door to let him in, we didn’t lift another finger. Max brought everything he needed to cook and made us the best dinner we had on the island during our vacation. We were also so happy about the value; not only was the food spectacular but he made so much of everything that we had leftovers for two meals. Max was professional, reliable, and extremely nice. I highly recommend Max.

Max looked after our extended group of 9 family and friends for 2 weeks and really helped make our villa holiday special. He prepared a mixture of fine dining and family style meals across several courses, depending on our needs. To our vacationing group of 14 on spectacular Mallorca, Max truly treated us to some of the most amazing food we’d ever enjoyed! He was so easy to work with, too. Whether discussing the range of delicious tapas to be served on the terrace of the finca, or the seafood celebration to be enjoyed on our final night, Max respected our preferences and made helpful suggestions.
