Rali's Catering & Events

Rali's Catering and Events catered two dinners at the vacation home where we stayed in Xabia in early June. We were 6 adults celebrating two family birthdays. She worked professionally with me long-distance ahead of time to plan authentic meals with local ingredients that met our wishes and special food needs. She was very responsive and suggested unique menus for each dinner. We started with a delicious selection of tapas, followed by Mixed Paella Mar y Montana on one night and Solomillo Iberico with Pedro Ximenez reduction, on the second night. Finally, we were served Crema Catalana and Basque Cheesecake with fresh fruit compote for our desserts. Everything tasted divine and was presented beautifully. Rali and her partner prepared the dinners for us in the outdoor dining area of the home. They provided all the food, plates, and cutlery and cleaned everything afterwards, leaving the space spotless. Our experience was perfect thanks to Rali's amazing culinary skills, creativity, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness. She cooks with heart and incredible skill. I highly recommend her and her staff. If we are lucky enough to return to Xabia area, we would ask her to cater dinner eve…
