It was such a wonderful surprise after a long journey. Everything was incredibly tasty, made with fresh, local ingredients, and the quality really exceeded my expectations. Living in Poland, I was excited to discover new Mediterranean flavors, and every dish was authentic, fresh, and full of taste. I highly recommend Jam Pleasure to anyone visiting Ibiza. I have participated in few events over the years they were doing catering for ; most recently I have booked them for a small yet important private gathering , showcasing my jewellery , in Ibiza ; the process of picking the menu and beverage went smooth and they were accomodating on my many requests ; the service was very well curated and the quality of the food was very good ; I would recommend them on the Island !

Premetto che in Italia faccio lo stesso lavoro, ossia organizzo eventi, per cui ero molto dubbioso se consegnare in mano ad altri le giornate del mio matrimonio. Invece mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Tutti mi chiedono se è stato bello e io rispondo che è stato, ESATTAMENTE QUEL CHE VOLEVO. Ogni dettaglio è stato perfettamente curato a seconda delle mie richieste, ogni mio desiderio, pensiero, necessità è stato trasformato in realtà. Oscar ha curato la scelta della location proponendomi varie ville e anche qui mi ha trovato quello che stavo cercando, sempre tramite suo consiglio, ho usufruito di un private chef e di un barman per la sera del nostro arrivo (evamo 20 persone) . Cena straordinaria. Personale bello , educato , discreto , disponibile e puntuale. Jacopo e Gustavo Top di simpatia e precisione. Non ho dovuto pensare nemmeno alla spesa , si sono adoperati loro a seconda delle mie esigenze a farmela trovare in casa già ben sistemata al momento del nostro arrivo. Dopo qualche giorno di divertimento in villa , è arrivato il giorno del nostro SI. , Ammetto che avevo un po' di timore ad affidarmi ad un catering per il pranzo del mio matrimonio , di solito le cose arrivano "stanche"…

Le cene di Halloween a base di zucca non sono sicuramente un'attività tradizionale a Ibiza; pero' puoi comunque organizzarne una e affidarti a uno chef che prepara piatti a tema come ravioli di zucca fatti in casa, filetto di maiale iberico con porto e zucca, tortino di zucca con castagne e pistacchi. I use to go to Ibiza evey now and then, but in 2022 i spent 2 weeks during the summer and 5 days in 2023; both cases in the same villa i rented. I reserve several dinner and an entire week private chef service. Everything was perfect, excellent service and amazing food. Fabio (one of the team) is a experienced and superlative chef: we taste several kind of cuisine and it was really high level. The grocery was coming from local market and small farms. What i liked the most was ingredients authentic taste and the genuinity. Hope to celebrate my next birthday in Ibiza and have Jam Pleasure to cater the event.

Met dank aan Jam pleasure catering Ibiza een fantastische bruiloft gehad in juni 2023! Vanaf het moment dat we met Oscar van Jam in contact kwamen hebben we alles als zeer positief ervaren. Oscar is makkelijk in zijn communicatie, doet wat hij belooft , is een leuk en gezellig persoon om mee te werken en het eten wat hij op tafel zet is heerlijk. Niet alleen regelde hij voor ons de catering van de dag , maar ook spullen zoals tafels ,dj booth en bankjes werden heel gemakkelijk op afstand besproken en besteld. Zelfs toen er jammer genoeg een dag voor het huwelijk de verkeerde stoelen verschenen was er maar 1 enkel telefoontje voor nodig om dit opgelost te krijgen. Onze dank aan Jam voor :heerlijk eten en drinken.. jullie positieve professionele manier van werken maar vooral voor de gezelligheid die jullie team heeft toegevoegd aan onze dag. Ik moet oprecht zeggen dat het zelfs mijn verwachtingen van de proef sessie overtrof, terwijl dit al een super ervaring was.

Professional, reliable, permanent staff, can come and work anywhere, are very cooperative and the food they prepare that melts on your tongue, really incredible good but also very affordable professionals. My husband Hugues and I have worked with Francesco, Oscar and their full team to prepare our wedding in Ibiza in May 2022 and would recommend them as fantastic partners to plan and execute your event! Everything went very smooth, despite usual last minute hassles, and our guests enjoyed one of the best weddings in their lives! Francesco also took great care of our guests, enabling them to find accommodation or transportation solutions on short notice. He orchestrated the whole flow with a careful selection of all necessary suppliers and kept close contact with all on our behalf. His experience, warm heart and going the extra mile attitude were felt in every preparation step. He takes great care of the couples working with and does that with a big big smile :) Oscar’s catering company was a fantastic addition - our guests have remarked the food to be of highest quality, all staff being extremely friendly and nice. Die Drinks, der Sangria waren klasse und das Fingerfood und vor allem das Dinner waren einfach nur lecker. Es lief alles höchst professionell ab. Die Planung von Deutschland aus war kein Problem, da Oscar super englisch spricht und absolut weiß wovon er spricht. Da merkt man die Erfahrung die Oscar & Francesco bisher schon gemacht haben. Lo mejor de haber contratado con Jam Pleasure, tanto para mi boda en 2015, como para la fiesta del pasado verano, fueron los sentidos y genuinos comentarios de todos los invitados: comida espectacular, presentación, servicio… ¡Todo! Ambos eventos fueron de más de 500 personas y es francamente inusual que todo funcionase a la perfección, tras experiencia de muchos eventos en Ibiza, donde los servicios contratados en anteriores ocasiones dejaron mucho que desear.
